And there are tips in mind:
- Keep cold everything (both ingredients and utensils): cold cream, cold whisk, cold mixing bowl. Cream will be whipped cream faster if everything is chilled.
- Add a little crÃ¨me fraÃ®che, yogurt, sour cream or sweeteners/ flavorings just as the cream which is being whipped, begins to thicken and gain volume, before the mix becomes a full whipped cream. Other flavors you could season: sugar, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cardamom, rose water, or orange blossom water.
- Use a hand whisk: Whisk cream in a large mixing bowl with the largest balloon whisk you have. You could control how the cream become whipping into the final texture and work on a slow speed whisk. You could also fix whipped cream if it become curdle by adding more cream to create the perfectly soft peaks
